Therapeutic Massage can only be applied by a Registered Massage Therapist with 3,000 hours of training. Sport massage consists of pre-event, post-event, and restoration/training massage that is used†to help prevent†injuries,† to prepare the body for athletic activity,†maintain optimal condition and to help athletes†recover from workouts and injuries.
